Get Delta’s on-board experience with high-speed internet.

Next year is going to be great. We can just feel it in our bones. Want to know how are we so sure? For starters, Delta Airlines are planning to install reliable and high-speed WIFI to all its domestic fleet. It is expected to take its full form by the end of 2022. We confirmed it by contacting Delta Airlines Customer Service. We were informed about the airline’s commitment to bring more comfort and less stress for the passengers.

Byron Merritt, Vice president - Brand Experience commented -“Customers expect the very best when they fly with Delta, and our investments in a best-in-class onboard experience will give them even more reasons to look forward to their next flight,.”

The aircraft and airbuses that will be outfitted with lightning sat, streaming WIFI are Boeing 737-900, Delta Airlines Airbus A321ceo, Boeing757-200, Airbus A220-300, Airbus A320ceo, Airbus A319, and Boeing 737.

How does the installation of High-speed Wifi affect passenger’s experience?

As a part of making the journey with Delta a stress-free and comfortable one, Delta has promised to outfit Wifi that is as fast as the ones you have got at home. The passengers will have access to home-like Wifi on Viasat-equipped flights. The charges are set to be 8USD per flight. The plan is to go on the floor from the beginning of June.

The charges applied will act as an investment in Delta’s attempt to provide free Wifi services for all passengers for free of cost.

The airline believes that Free WiFi is an achievable goal and with the right technology and mindset the airline will be able to manifest it into reality.

How is the world reacting to Delta’s achievements?

Delta has always been an airline that believes in going the extra mile for its passengers. Their impeccable Delta Airlines Customer Service is solid proof of their hospitality.

Whether it is the unconventional ways

of starting trials on flights between U.S and Italy to save passengers from the mandatory 14-day quarantine in Italy or promising free wifi in the future, Delta has been a leader in the aviation industry.

This is why the airline was recognized by the industry and was even featured in the prestigious Time Magazine. Delta was recognized by making it in the TIME100 Most Influential Companies of the year 2021.

The airline was recognized for its diligent effort during the COVID-19 Pandemic under the leadership of Ed Bastian, CEO of Delta. Delta was also the only airline that did not allow middle seat reservations to keep the protocol of social distancing intact while on board. The rule was implemented for more than a year and although the airline had to suffer losses because of no-middle-seat- booking, the airline endured it with dignity.

Delta Airlines Customer Service was receiving huge volumes of calls and emails asking for explanations on sudden cancellations and delays, the airline never budges from its ultimate mission to put passenger’s safety first.

Now that things have started to take place with the worldwide vaccine rollout, Delta is gearing up for new challenges. The airline is including more destinations on its route, getting more creative with snacks and beverages served on-board, installing high-speed wifi in all domestic fleet are just a few of them.

Making it in the TIME100 Most Influential Companies was not an easy task. The range of companies that were included came from different fields such as smart technology start-ups, pharmaceutical companies, entertainment giants to name a few. The airline was evaluated and analyzed on its contribution in various fields such as success, ambition, perseverance, impact, and innovation.

The airline’s commitment was put to test in terms of how reliable the airline is, how trustworthy Delta Airlines Customer Service has been and how the airline handled itself during the pandemic.

More features to look forward to in Delta Airlines

Apart from having excellent Delta Airlines Customer Service, the airline is planning to bring more joy by adding more amenities to the seats in the aircraft by introducing a ‘Connected Cabin’.

The amenities and added features in ‘Connected Cabin’ will include Sky Miles profile access, seatback screens that will have a built-in menu for ordering foods and beverages, personalized content, and much more.

The airline will reveal more information about ‘Connected Cabin ‘ in the coming months. Keep in touch with Delta Airlines Customer Service to stay updated on added features and the latest updates.

It is easy to lose control when things are turning upside down, it is easy to just blame the circumstances or the person next to you and stay away from growth. Delta has shown us to persevere when the path disappears. Just put one foot in front of the other and the path will reveal itself.
